Senior Delivery Manager, Digital Assets & Data services

The opportunity  They have recently secured Series A funding from major financial institutions and is now poised for its next phase of growth. They are seeking a Senior Delivery Manager (Digital Assets & Data Services) leading overall delivery efforts for the company’s flagship platform and data services offerings. The role is responsible for overseeing successful delivery of projects within the firm and requires management of cross-functional teams (technology, business, operations, legal). If you are passionate about the intersection of fintech and capital markets, this role offers a unique opportunity to make a significant impact. The position is based in Singapore and reports directly to the COO.    The role This role involves overseeing project delivery, ensuring timelines, scope, and budget adherence. Key responsibilities include project leadership, coordinating between business units and vendors, managing project risks, and supporting Agile methodologies. Role Overview As a Campaign Manager, you’ll be the key player in executing and optimizing digital campaigns. From media planning and campaign setup to real-time optimization and analysis, you’ll ensure everything runs smoothly. Reporting to the Associate Account Director or Senior Campaign Manager, you’ll collaborate closely with clients, media partners, and internal teams to meet campaign goals.   Key Responsibilities Act as the primary contact for clients, managing day-to-day communication and aligning campaigns with their objectives. Develop and deliver cross-channel digital media plans that effectively meet campaign goals. Collaborate with media and creative agencies to ensure seamless execution of campaigns. Manage the setup, execution, and QA of campaigns across platforms, quickly addressing any issues that arise. Optimize campaign performance across channels such as Display, Video, Social, and Search, driving continuous improvement. Provide clear, data-driven insights and reports, offering strategic recommendations. Build and maintain relationships with media partners and vendors to explore new opportunities. Spot additional revenue opportunities and create proposals to support client growth. Guide and support junior team members in developing their skills. Qualifications At least 2 years of experience working hands-on with platforms across multiple channels like Programmatic Display, Video, Paid Search, and/or Paid Social. Experience in digital media planning (client, agency, or DSP side). A strong passion for digital marketing and emerging technologies. Excellent communication skills and the ability to manage client relationships effectively. A detail-oriented multitasker with an analytical mindset. They build strong client relationships, deliver standout digital campaigns, and drive clients' business growth with innovative strategies and educational workshops   Role Overview The Senior Digital Marketing Executive  is a key member of the Activation team, reporting to the Campaign Manager or Senior Campaign Manager. This role involves managing client campaigns across paid media channels (Search, Social, Display), including planning, optimization, and reporting.   Key Responsibilities: Optimizing campaign performance and troubleshooting issues. Creating media plans and proposing new testing ideas. Maintaining client communication and providing data-driven recommendations. Producing end-of-campaign reports with insights. Building relationships with platform partners. Training and mentoring junior team members.   Qualifications 1-2+ years of hands-on in-platform experience, ideally across a minimum of 2 of the following digital channels: programmatic display, video, paid search and/or paid social.
